We are able to advise on Building Regulations compliance in order to satisfy Local Authority requirements. We liase with the Local Authority on your behalf in order to obtain the correct Passing of Plans and Fire Certificates.
We offer Lease / Rental schemes on all of our package projects, whereby you defer payment of the refurbishment works and pay a monthly rental. This benefits many of our clients and improves cashflow, as you retain the cost of the refurbishment and spread the outlay over a longer period. |
