We are able to advise on Building Regulations compliance in order to satisfy Local Authority requirements. We liaise with the Local Authority on your behalf in order to obtain the correct Passing of Plans and Fire Certificates.

We offer Lease / Rental schemes on all of our package projects, whereby you defer payment of the refurbishment works and pay a monthly rental. This benefits many of our clients and improves cashflow, as you retain the cost of the refurbishment and spread the outlay over a longer period.

We undertake all aspects of office partitions and internal partitioning installation with many systems to choose from.

We advise on which system to choose given each individual requirement. Our systems range from economical aluminium framed systems to Proprietary Systems with enhanced sound performance and aesthetic qualities.

We supply and install the following systems:

• K1 50mm aluminium framed partition system for general use.
• K2 75 & 100mm stud & plasterboard partition system where additional fire and sound performance is required.
• K3 75mm Proprietry partition system to provide additional aesthetic appearance.

• K5 Bespoke timber partition system for a natural and modern appearance using the finest quality materials.

All office partitions and internal partitioning systems are available in single or double glazed modules with a large choice of options for door sets and solid modules.

Various sound reduction options include up to 48 dB (RW) sound reduction through the partition for sensitive areas such as Boardrooms, Meeting Rooms & Managers Offices.
