RA Rodriguez required additional open plan office accommodation for their administration staff, plus a new meeting area for clients and demonstrations.
An existing mezzanine floor, originally installed by Kube in 2004, was extended to provide additional storage facilities to free up much needed space for the staff accommodation.
A new fire rated enclosure was installed to comply with Building Regulations to enclose the additional office space, prior to the internal fit out of the offices and meeting room space. New external windows were also installed to bring in much needed daylight into the area
Silicone Jointed glass partition systems were utilised to create the meeting areas, thereby letting the daylight flood through into the remaining office space.
The RA Rodriguez company logo was then applied within opaque manifestation to the glazing, to provide some level of privacy within the rooms & also to introduce their corporate branding into the office space.
The project has provided our client with the additional space they required within their existing building at a highly competitive price.
